This project composed of a 3 story block of twelve flats
constructed of a concrete transfer slab with retail below.
 
The site had extremely restricted access - bordered
by three roads and an existing structure - with no
facilities for site storage.
 
The frame was constructed using a 140mm stud and
a 22mm Bitroc sheathing board which enhances the
insulation values whilst removing the need for a
separate breather membrane.
 
The scheme included for a roof terrace area.
 
The project too 8 weeks to construct with an average
crew of 8 operatives.
