This project comprises a single story extension to
an existing care home. The structure is semi-circular in
nature and is a rehabilitation unit with 8 new bedrooms
and communal living space.

The structure is a combination 140mm and 89mm
external and internal walls and utilises web beams to
allow services to run in the corridor roof. I-beams were
used to create the mono-pitched roof structure.

The project took 7 weeks to complete with an average
crew of 10 operatives.
